    How much will it cost?

    Every piece is made to order, so the price depends on size, material, print time and how much design work is involved. Send your idea through the form and we'll quote you. You'll know the price before anything is printed.

    What photos do you need for a Mini Me or pet statue?

    Clear, well-lit photos of the person or pet from multiple angles: front, both sides and the back if you have it. The finished figure is a stylised 3D representation rather than an exact photographic replica.

    Which 3D file types can you print?

    STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP. Use the file checker above to see your model's size before you send it. Every file is checked before printing.

    Can you print a model I downloaded online?

    Yes, as long as you own the design or have permission to reproduce it. Many free models allow personal printing. Check the licence on the site you downloaded it from.

    Can you fix or copy a broken part?

    Often, yes. Send photos of the part (next to a ruler if possible), its measurements and what it's used for. Custom designs are quoted individually, and whether it's possible depends on the part's size, complexity and what it has to do.

    How long does it take?

    It depends on the size and detail of the print and whether design work is needed. We'll give you a time along with your quote.

    Are the toys safe for small children?

    Some products have small or moving parts and are not suitable for very young children without adult supervision. Ask us about a specific item if you're unsure.

    How do I get my order?

    Two options: collect it in Pretoria, or we send it to a Pudo locker near you, anywhere in South Africa. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready. Tell us which you prefer when you request your quote.
